Agreement to Terms

TalentTune is a trading name of Reece John Robert Flanagan. By accessing or using TalentTune ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

TalentTune provides AI-powered job application services including LinkedIn profile optimization, CV generation, and cover letter creation. We analyze your profile content and generate suggestions to improve your professional presentation across all documents. The Service includes:

  • Profile analysis and scoring
  • AI-generated LinkedIn optimization suggestions
  • Tailored CV generation (2-page maximum)
  • Personalized cover letter generation (400-word maximum)
  • Keyword recommendations
  • Profile and document rewrite suggestions

User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription Plans

Free Tier

  • 1 profile analysis including LinkedIn optimization, CV, and cover letter (lifetime)
  • Basic features access

Pro Tier

  • Up to 20 analyses per day, each including LinkedIn optimization, CV, and cover letter
  • Advanced features and insights
  • Job-specific targeting capabilities
  • Billed monthly via Stripe

Billing: Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Abuse, harass, or harm other users
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Use automated tools to abuse rate limits or overwhelm our systems

Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the profile content you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing our Service.

Our Service: The Service, including its design, features, and generated analysis results, is owned by TalentTune and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

AI-Generated Content

The suggestions and recommendations provided by our Service are generated using artificial intelligence and should be used as guidance only. We do not guarantee:

  • That AI suggestions will lead to specific outcomes (e.g., job offers)
  • The accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content
  • That suggestions are free from bias or errors

You are responsible for reviewing and editing all suggestions before using them on your LinkedIn profile.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TALENTTUNE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 7 days of your initial subscription payment if you are not satisfied with the Service. After 7 days, all payments are non-refundable. You can request a refund through your account settings or by submitting a request through the Help Center.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TalentTune operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
